The following forms are used in grant administration. Please note that many of these forms are now available on eGrants and should be completed on eGrants if available.
Sample Policies and Templates
All programs that receive MOVA-administered awards must maintain compliance with the MOVA Grant Sub-recipient Policies & Procedures, and all applicable state and federal rules and regulations. Below is a list of sample policies and templates that can be used as resources for compliance efforts.
VOCA Award Special Conditions
As the VOCA state administering agency (SAA) for Massachusetts, MOVA must comply with all applicable requirements of the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance awards, which are updated annually by the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC). MOVA and their sub-recipients are required to comply with the following federal special conditions.
