The Tax Lien Foreclosure Legal Assistance Referral Program is a partnership between Lawyers Clearinghouse and the Land Court. It connects qualified homeowners with pro bono (free) legal assistance in tax lien foreclosure cases.

  • Access programs and services for which you are eligible (like payment plans or deferrals for seniors, veterans, disability, or low-income), and/or
  • Pursue legal or financial solutions to avoid losing your home (like sale, leasing, financing, or condo conversion).
