Division of Radiation Control application forms

The Division of Radiation Control (DRC) will move five new licenses to the Bureau of Climate and Environmental Health’s (BCEH) new online licensing system in September. The online licensing system improves users’ application experience and reduces processing times.

The licenses transitioning on September 9, 2025, at 12:00 PM include:

  1. Registration of Services
  2. Laser Registration
  3. Temporary Laser Registration
  4. Generally Licensed Devices Registration
  5. Tritium Device Registration

First-time applicants can easily apply for a new license. First, they should log in to create a new account in the eLicensing system. Then, they can click Apply for a New License from the home page and select the desired license type. No PIN codes are needed.

Those applications will not be available for download after November 25, 2024, and all users must apply or renew through the online portal. Read the full announcement.

After that date, affected license holders may apply for or renew a License on Environmental Health eLicensing Portal. If this is your first time using this new portal, please review the BCEH eLicensing System User Guide for information on how to get started.

For more information on the transition, please visit BCEH E-Licensing Transition Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS).
