News Regional Meetings on Prenatal-to-Grade 12 Family Engagement

The Department of Early Education and Care and other state agencies are holding public meetings this fall on the development of a prenatal to grade 12 family engagement framework.

Regional Meetings to Inform a Family Engagement Framework (Prenatal-to-Grade 12)

Massachusetts state education, health and human services agencies are working collaboratively to create a comprehensive Prenatal-to-Grade 12 Family Engagement Framework for use in home visiting programs, early intervention services, early education and care programs, public school settings, and more.

This fall the cross-agency state team will hold a series of community meetings to bring together regional and local stakeholders from a variety of fields to provide insight, guidance, and feedback on the work currently underway to draft a Family Engagement Framework (Prenatal to Grade 12). The meetings will be held on the following schedule:

  • September 12th in Holyoke
  • September 13th in Fall River
  • September 14th in Worcester
  • September 17th in Roxbury
