Who we serve

The Division monitors energy prices, supplies, and market conditions. As part of its work, the Division provides pricing surveys for heating and transportation fuels for Mass. residents, business, and institutions. In addition, the Division also provides market analysis in support of DOER's other divisions to assist with energy resiliency, policy development and implementation.
