760 CMR: 53.00 establishes standards and procedures for the provision of rental assistance to units occupied by handicapped persons of low income pursuant to St. 1995, c. 179, § 16. The Alternative Housing Voucher Program (AHVP) is a state voucher program offering rental assistance for people with a disability who are under 60.
