760 CMR 57.00 implements legal authority for the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) and its contracted regional administering agencies to obtain personal information from other state agencies that will expedite the processing of applications for the Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT) program or other similar rental assistance programs.
