760 CMR 62.00 establishes rules, standards and procedures to regulate the Commercial Area Transit Node Housing Program (CATNHP). CATNHP provides financial support for the development of residential housing units and Mixed Use Developments within Neighborhood Commercial Areas and Transit-oriented Developments Proximate to Public Transit Nodes.
