760 CMR 27.00: (a) Ensures fair, equitable, and consistent treatment of displaced persons and businesses; (b) Minimizes the adverse impact of displacement on residents and businesses in order to help maintain the economic and social well-being of communities; (c) Prevents the closure of businesses, to the maximum extent feasible.
