Competitive supply companies that have not filed a renewal application

A list of competitive suppliers, electricity brokers, and gas retail agents that did not submit their annual renewal application by July 1, 2022 and cannot enroll new customers.

1. Introduction

Competitive supply companies must file their annual license renewal application by July 1 of each year.  For 2022, competitive supply companies have a grace period to file their renew application until August 15, 2022.  D.P.U. 19-07-C at 17.  The companies listed on this webpage have not filed their renewal application as of October 14, 2022.  The companies below cannot enroll new customers at this time.  The DPU will take licensure action on the outstanding renewal applications from the companies listed in the tables below.  If a company on this webpage wants to maintain active status it must:

  1. Notify the electric and/or gas competitive supply team(s) immediately (contact information is available on the right of this webpage), and
  2. File: 
    1. a renewal application; and
    2. an explanatory statement according to the instructions on the renewal application by the date specified in the Notice of Licensure action.
