A list of competitive suppliers, electricity brokers, and gas retail agents that did not submit their annual renewal application by July 1, 2025 and cannot enroll new customers.

1. Introduction

Competitive supply companies must file their annual license renewal application by July 1 of each year.  D.P.U. 19-07-C at 13-17.  All competitive supply companies have either renewed for the July 1, 2025 renewal or been withdrawn.
