Massachusetts Trial Court: Guide to Remote Hearings

Many court hearings or events are now held remotely. This means some or all of the participants appear by video or phone. Read the Guide to Remote Hearings to learn how to request and prepare for a remote hearing.

Each Trial Court department has rules about the specific types of court hearings and events that may be held remotely.  All of these rules are available at: Remote Hearings Standing Orders.
