MassHealth Text Message Alerts for CCM Members and Families

MassHealth is now able to send text messages as another communication channel to alert CCM members and families of an email sent about upcoming meetings, policy updates, and additions to our website. These text message alerts will be short and will direct members and families to a recent email for more information. The text messages will not contain any protected health information.

If you would like to receive these text message alerts, please fill out the following form to provide your approval and preferred contact information:

If you do not complete the form, MassHealth will not be able to send you text message alerts. MassHealth will check this form regularly.
