I want to become a DDS provider.  How do I get licensed?
Before a provider can be reviewed or licensed by OQE, they must first complete the DDS vendor registration and contracting process. This is the required first step for any person or organization seeking to provide services funded by DDS.

Once the registration and contracting steps are completed, OQE will guide you through the applicable licensing and certification process for your service type.
