Who we serve
We serve IT professionals in government agencies who build and run their applications on our enabling services, along with all Commonwealth employees using email, telephones, laptop and desktop computers to access the Internet securely and efficiently. We also serve our customers and constituents using Commonwealth applications or communications, from employees working with business applications to constituents interacting with any part of the executive branch of government through email or on the phone.
We aim to deliver quick, responsive, and round-the-clock service and support to meet the needs of our customers and constituents.
