The Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs has developed options for a Clearinghouse that could be stood up in a few years and operational in 2028, including how options would relate to and build on energy efficiency services and incentives available through Mass Save. We are engaging stakeholders throughout Massachusetts to receive feedback on these potential options and the most effective ways to deliver equitable decarbonization statewide.
The Clearinghouse listening sessions are separate from the public hearings that are also underway for the 2025-2027 Mass Save Three Year Plan. Information about those virtual and in-person public hearings hosted by the Department of Public Utilities can be found here.
Public Listening Sessions
We welcome the public to attend one of our public listening sessions on the Clearinghouse to learn more about the proposal and provide comments. The meetings will be identical and held virtually. Register for the one that works best for you at the links below. Interpretation will be provided in the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Haitian Creole, Cape Verdean Creole, and Vietnamese.
