VOCA Award Special Conditions
As the VOCA state administering agency (SAA) for Massachusetts, MOVA must comply with all applicable requirements of the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance awards, which are updated annually by the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC). MOVA and their sub-recipients are required to comply with the following federal special conditions.

Below are links to the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) website, the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Rule, which established OVC and created the Crime Victims Fund; the VOCA Fix, a law intended to stabilize the Crime Victims Fund; and the DOJ Financial Guide, a financial reference manual for recipients and sub-recipients of DOJ grants.
