The RMV's response to COVID-19
On 12/21/21, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health issued an updated Advisory recommending the use of face coverings in indoor settings, regardless of individuals' vaccination status. This updated Advisory is in direct response to the spread of the COVID-19 Delta variant and the addition of new cases of the Omicron variant. Also, In cooperation with our municipal partners, the RMV follows local mask mandates and guidance. Please check city or town websites before visiting our Service Center for up to date information.
RMV Service Centers will offer appointments for all transaction types that cannot be done online, by mail, or over the phone; walk-in visits; and Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions.
