Updated information regarding Chapter 124 of the Acts of 2020 Schedule Listing: Chapter 124 of the Acts of 2020 appropriated $30 million for payments to providers participating in the MassHealth program as community health centers or hospital-licensed health centers in proportion to the total allowable reimbursable health services amount processed for each such health center in Health Safety Net Fiscal Year 2017.
