One Care Early Indicators Project (EIP) Reports

MassHealth, the One Care Implementation Council, and the University of Massachusetts Medical School collaborated to monitor, assess, and report on early indicators of eligible MassHealth members’ perceptions of and early experiences with One Care

The Early Indicators Project (EIP) used multiple methods to gather qualitative and quantitative data from various sources: focus groups, surveys, MassHealth enrollment data, the MassHealth Customer Service Team (CST), the One Care Ombudsman (OCO), Serving the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone (SHINE), and the One Care plans.

The EIP project was completed in May 2015. Final reports and other resources from the project are available below.
