Rule 27B
In all cases not governed by the Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P., summary judgment may be granted in accordance with the provisions of Rule 56 of the Mass.R.Civ.P.

(2000) Rule 27B makes summary judgment Under Rule 56 of the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure available in probate proceedings.
(2012) Reference to Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P. added as summary judgment in those cases is limited to modifications.
