Rule 40

In all cases not governed by the Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P., assignment of cases for trial and granting of continuances shall be governed by Mass.R.Civ.P. 40.

Reporter's notes

(2012) Establishes a continuance rule for probate cases. Mass.R.Civ.P. 40 and Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P. 40 are identical.
