Rule 21

In all cases not governed by the Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P., hearings before masters shall be governed by Mass.R.Civ.P. 53.

Reporter's notes

(2012) Eliminates reference to court appointed auditors, assessors or arbitrators, which no longer exist.
