Rule 13

In cases not governed by the Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P., the examination of witnesses shall be governed by Mass.R.Civ.P. 43(g).

Reporter's notes

(2012) Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P. 43(g) and Mass.R.Civ.P. 43(g) are identical to the present Rule 13, with the addition of the words "unless the court otherwise permits."
