Rule 46

In all cases not governed by the Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P., exceptions shall be unnecessary as provided in Mass.R.Civ.P. 46.

Reporter's notes

(2012) Mass.R.Civ.P. 46 and Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P. 46 are identical except that Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P. 46 applies only when a stenographer is present or the proceedings are recorded.
