Rule 43
In all cases not governed by the Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P., taking of evidence shall be governed by Mass.R.Civ.P. 43. A judge may, in the judge's discretion, take evidence at a place other than a courthouse.
Reporter's notes
(2012) Cases heard in hospitals, for example, require the exception, which also appears in Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P. 43.
