Agenda
TENTATIVE AGENDA
At this meeting, the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA) Advisory Council invites members of the public to provide verbal testimony and feedback on BSEA documents that are to be included in the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) regularly scheduled monitoring review. All states are subject to this monitoring review. The OSEP review will relate to the BSEA’s implementation of the due process hearing and mediation requirements under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Links to the BSEA documents for public comment can be found below.
