- Once you're logged in, click on the down arrow next to your user profile icon
- Click on ‘Account settings’
- On the right-hand side of the ‘Account settings’ page, click the Edit button next to your email address
- Enter the new email address you’re updating your account with
- Click 'SEND VERIFICATION CODE'
- The Commonwealth of Massachusetts will send an email with a code to the new address
- Enter the code you received in your email into the ‘Verification code’ field
- Click 'VERIFY'
- You'll be brought back to the account settings screen, where you’ll see a success message confirming the change
- You’ll also receive an email message from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, confirming that your email address recently changed
