News Public comment period on proposed amendments to the state's Subsidized Child Care regulations (606 CMR 10)

The Department of Early Education and Care is holding a public comment period regarding proposed changes to its regulations.

The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) is holding a public comment period to solicit feedback on proposed changes its regulations at 606 CMR 10: Subsidized Child Care. 

EEC will accept comments on the proposed regulations via e-mail to christine.mcgrath@mass.gov or in writing to Department of Early Education and Care 50 Milk Street, 14th Floor, Boston, MA 02109 ATTN:  SUBSIDY REGULATIONS/LEGAL  until 5:00 p.m. on September 2, 2022.  Visit EEC's website to view and obtain a copy of the proposed regulations.
