211 CMR 156.00 implements the provisions of M.G.L. c. 176X, which was created with the enactment of St. 2022, c. 287. It applies to all Dental Benefit Plans offered, made effective, issued or renewed in Massachusetts to any Individual, Group Association, or Employer Group, whether issued directly by a Carrier, through the Connector, or through a Group Association.
