Medical qualifications to operate a motor vehicle

Notice to Quit

As of April 1, 2023, landlords issuing a 14-day notice to quit for nonpayment of rent must also give the tenant an accompanying form and other information.

"Though the state has requirements for issuing a notice to quit, including mandated verbiage, the court has never issued a standard notice to quit for landlords. . . . Instead, most attorneys use legal forms from the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education group, or create a custom variant from them. They do this because each court has its own customs, and each case will have its own needs."
