MassHealth Managed Behavioral Health Vendor Quality and Equity Incentive Program (MBHV-QEIP)

Under the MBHV-QEIP, MassHealth’s Managed Behavioral Health Vendor (MBHV) is incentivized to pursue performance improvements in three domains: demographic and health-related social needs data, equitable quality and access, and capacity and collaboration.

Implementation Plans, Technical Specifications, and Performance Assessment Methodology

The Implementation Plans, Technical Specifications, and Performance Assessment Methodology (PAM) Manual provides more information about the implementation and assessment of MassHealth’s MBHV-QEIP for the Performance Years (PY) 1 through 5.

OnBase Reporting System

As part of the MBHV-QEIP, the MBHV will submit narrative deliverables via OnBase (unless otherwise specified).  To request access to the OnBase system, please email Health.Equity@mass.gov.  Existing OnBase users can login here.

  • MassHealth can provide additional guidance on how to use and register for OnBase. Please email Health.Equity@mass.gov to request this information.

CQMV Portal Reporting System

As part of the MBHV-QEIP, the MBHV will submit quantitative data (unless otherwise specified) via the Clinical Quality Measurement Vendor (CQMV) Portal. Access the CQMV-QEIP portal to login or register.
