MassDOT has filed the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the replacement of the Cape Cod Bridges under the National Environmental Policy Act.

Please visit the interactive summary site to learn about the proposed improvements and review key findings from the Draft Environmental Impact Statement in an interactive format. Public comments may be accepted through the interactive summary site or online public comment form.

The DEIS represents a significant milestone in the Federal environmental review process and public comment will be accepted through January 5, 2026.

MassDOT will also hold a public hearing to review and solicit public comments on the DEIS on December 16, 2025.
