I, Charles D. Baker, Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, do hereby rescind in part the Executive Order banning general motor vehicle travel in the Commonwealth issued by me on January 26, 2015 as follows:

The travel ban is rescinded, effective 12:00 P.M., January 27, 2015, for all roads in Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden and Hampshire counties, with the exception of Interstate 90 (The Massachusetts Turnpike);

The travel ban for all other areas of the Commonwealth remains in effect.

Given in Framingham at 11:55 AM this 27th day of January in the year of our Lord two thousand fifteen and of the Independence of the United States of America two hundred thirty-nine.
