Key measures on a range of processes provide data to allow continuous improvement. The main four case management metrics now in use were developed by the National Center for State Courts. These court tool measurements assess clearance rate, time to disposition, age of pending cases and trial date certainty.Â
The use of data has been extended to operational areas including revenue collection, juror utilization, access and fairness, and internal administrative responsiveness.
Please note, the reporting period changed from calendar year to fiscal year in 2016.
