What you need

If your phone number has changed or you no longer have access to the device you used to set up MFA for your MyMassGov account, you can have it reset by contacting agency support. The agency will take you through steps to prove you're the account owner.

How to reset

Steps to request an MFA reset

  1. Go to Services and applications using MyMassGov.
  2. Locate the application you're using under listings for Personal or Business use.
  3. Select a method to contact an agency and request an MFA reset.
