I, Maurice J. Tobin, Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts acting under the provisions of Chapter 719 of the Acts of 1941, Chapter 13 of the Acts of 1942, and Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1943, and all other authority vested in me do hereby issue this order:
The operation and effect of the following enumerated Executive Orders, or parts thereof, being no longer necessary in the public interest, the same are terminated as of December 27, 1945 at 12:01 A.M., E.S.T.:

Given at the Executive Chamber in Boston, this twenty-sixth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, and of the Independence of the United States of America, the one hundred and seventieth.
