I, Maurice J. Tobin, Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts acting under the provisions of Chapter 719 of the Acts of 1941, Chapter 13 of the Acts of 1942, and Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1943, and all other authority vested in me do hereby issue this order:
The operation and effect of the provisions of Executive Order No. 89 are hereby terminated as of April 25, 1946 at 5:00 P.M.
Given at the Executive Chamber in Boston, this twenty-fifth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, and of the Independence of the United States of America, the one hundred and seventieth.
