I, Maurice J. Tobin, Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, acting under the provisions of Chapter 719 of the Acts of 1941, Chapter 13 of the Acts of 1942, and Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1943, and all other authority vested in me do hereby issue this order:

The operation and effect of the Executive Orders 93 and 94 being no longer in the public interest, the same are terminated and revoked as of July 26, 1946 at 11:30 A.M., E.D.T.

Given at the Executive Chamber in Boston, this twenty-sixth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty- six, and of the Independence of the United States of America, the one hundred and seventy-first.
