I, Robert F. Bradford, Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, acting under the provisions of Acts of 1941, Chapter 719, section 7, Acts of 1942, Chapter 13, section 2 (2), and section 3, and all other authority vested in me, having determined that certain Executive Orders heretofore issued pursuant to such authority are no longer necessary or expedient for meeting any existing emergency, do hereby issue this order of revocation:
1. The following Executive Orders are hereby repealed, revoked, and annulled as of this date:
Nos. 2, 5, 9, 13, 14, 17, 18, 21, 23, 26, 28, 33, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 42, 44, 47, 48, 51, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 65, 66, 67, 75, 78, 81, 84, 85, 88, 97.
2. The legality of any act lawfully done pursuant to any of the Executive Orders enumerated in Paragraph 1 of this Order, prior to the promulgation hereof, shall in no way be affected by such repeal, revocation, and annulment.
Given at the Executive Chamber in Boston, this twenty-fifth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, and of the Independence of the United States of America, the one hundred and seventy-first.
