I, Maurice J. Tobin, Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts acting under the provisions of Chapter 719 of the Acts of 1941, Chapter 13 of the Acts of 1942, and Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1943, and all other authority vested in me do hereby issue this order:

The operation and effect of Executive Order No. 72 being no longer necessary in the public interest, the same is hereby terminated as of January 4, 1946 at 12:01 A.M., E.S.T.

Given at the Executive Chamber in Boston, this fourth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, and of the Independence of the United States of America, the one hundred and seventieth.
