The Office of Grants and Research (OGR) is the state administering agency for federal funds received from the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Justice and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and administers safety and security grants authorized by the Massachusetts Legislature. OGR also conducts research and data analysis on issues impacting public safety.
