Table of Contents
WHEREAS, the Joint Correctional Planning Commission was established by Executive Order No. 77; and
WHEREAS, the Commission expects to complete its work no later than March 31, 1973;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Francis W. Sargent, Governor of the Commonwealth, by virtue of the authority vested in me as supreme executive magistrate, do hereby order as follows:
- Paragraph 3 of said Executive Order No. 77 is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:
The commission shall commence its activities no later than October 15, 1970, and shall complete its work no later than March 31, 1973.
Given at the Executive Chamber in Boston this second day of November in the year one thousand nine hundred and seventy-two and in the year of the Independence of the United States of America the one hundred and ninety seventh.
