Table of Contents

WHEREAS, the use of computers and data processing services is necessary for efficient management within state government; and

WHEREAS, the Governor's Advisory Committee on Computers and Data Processing (hereinafter called the "Committee") was created by Executive Order No. 132; and

WHEREAS, the Office of Management Information Services was created pursuant to Executive Order No. 166; and

WHEREAS, a representative of the Office of Management Information Services should be included in the membership of the Committee;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Edward J. King, by virtue of the authority vested in me as supreme executive magistrate, do hereby order that Executive Order No. 132 is amended as follows:

(1) Paragraphs one and two are hereby deleted.

(2) Section I.A. is hereby amended by adding the "Director of the Office of Management Information Systems" to the list of officials on the Committee.

(3) Section I.C. is hereby amended by deleting from line one the word "seven" and substituting therefor the word "eight".
