Table of Contents
WHEREAS, the use of computers and data processing services is necessary for efficient management within state government; and
WHEREAS, the Governor's Advisory Committee on Computers and Data Processing (hereinafter called the "Committee") was created by Executive Order No. 132; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Management Information Services was created pursuant to Executive Order No. 166; and
WHEREAS, a representative of the Office of Management Information Services should be included in the membership of the Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Edward J. King, by virtue of the authority vested in me as supreme executive magistrate, do hereby order that Executive Order No. 132 is amended as follows:
- (1) Paragraphs one and two are hereby deleted.
- (2) Section I.A. is hereby amended by adding the "Director of the Office of Management Information Systems" to the list of officials on the Committee.
- (3) Section I.C. is hereby amended by deleting from line one the word "seven" and substituting therefor the word "eight".
